Eligible in-stock items may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition and with all packaging intact.
Beauty, fragrance, body care and gift sets are not eligible for return once opened, for hygiene reasons.
Pre-order pieces are sourced specifically for you and are non-refundable once sourcing begins.
If a piece arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
