Timeline. Pre-orders typically arrive within 3–5 weeks depending on the source (USA or UK). The exact estimated timeline is shared at reservation.
Deposit. A 50% deposit reserves your piece. The balance is payable on arrival before dispatch.
Cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable once sourcing begins, as each pre-order is placed specifically for you.
Updates. We share progress updates on WhatsApp so you always know where your piece is.
